After 4 d of heavy exercising, I'm taking td off. I may do a 1/2 hr slow walk, but nothing strenuous. I was reading yd that people shouldn't run every day. I'm thinking that the same is true of aerobic walking.
Yd I came in under the max cals SP says I should take in.
That's a first for a while.
