I was really considering trying a different exercise. I walk 3 to 4 times a week and the other days, I use exercise tapes such as Shaun T HipHop abs and Donna Richards: Sweating in the Spirit and a few others. My dilemma is, I was seriously considering taking Zumba classes to add to my exercise routine, however, I stumbled upon a blog that was describing how when they started Zumba at home, they had to do it twice before they were able to complete the session. I'm usually never afraid to try new things, however, I'm starting to think maybe I should wait until I lose 20 pounds or so before I start. Anyone who is familiar with or have actually taken the classes your input would be greatly appreciated.
