I better get started on this. At the rate I procrastinate the year will be over before I know it...where did January go?
So, the idea is to keep a log of milestones, completed challenges, 'aha' moments, etc. In one place. I'm not one for spreading stuff out in random blog entries. I prefer to keep lists and try to get the 'big picture'.
whole month: noticeably lighter going up stairs, even after exercising
sometime in the first 2 weeks: 5% goal (274)...halfway to 3rd 10% goal!
last 2 wks: walking is getting to be fun again...more energy, easier, more fluid movement (still uneven gait, tho)
last 2 wks: I think I can feel my hip bones!
last week: Carp-e Diem Holiday 5% Goal (271) GOAL MET
1/31 January Exercise Minute Rewards: 3633 min GOAL MET
1/31 Mile Club--January 24.5 mi on treadmill (1/2 mile under goal)
walking outside is enjoyable and feet don't hurt afterwards
2/28 February Exercise Minute Rewards: 3036 min (under 324 min) (walked outside more-thank you weather!) (regular stretching)
2/28 Mile Club: 27.49 miles GOAL MET
discovered abs, building glutes (thank you, pt exercises!)
3/21 Latin dance video
3/31 jeans size 46!, adjusted car seat
3/31 March Exercise Minute Rewards: 4281 minutes GOAL MET (pt & stretching more regular!)
3/31 Mile Club: 39.27 miles GOAL MET
perhaps better left hip mobility--not sure how much 2 wks prednisone impacted this (off 4/13); both feet going downstairs!!!
4/5 added freestyle to swimming (1 length fs: 4 lengths ss)
