rainy day

It started out to be really nice today and then about 3 pm started to rain. That is better than some friends of mine in Missouri...they had snow today!! Back pain today...did a little shopping just to get out of the house. It feels better to walk when my back hurts. Weight good today. Tracking fat grams and on track with my first two meals today. Not sure what is for dinner...will start thinking about that before I get hungry. I am going to go out and check the mail.
