I only got 5 hours of sleep last night. Oh...what a long day this will be. Usually when I don't get enough sleep...I eat way too much and I hurt...from my osteo arthritis. I am going to go to my first exercise class today, so maybe it will be different today. I hope so. As far as eating too much...just need to drink lots of water and tell myself to eat lowfat options, instead of high fat options. I can do it!! I know I can! I am going to start by having a healthy breakfast and packing a good lunch. I think soup and a sandwich for lunch will be good. I need to think about dinner, too. I need to have it planned, so I don't come home and eat everything in sight!! I am going to cook a turkey this weekend...and make soup and freeze most of the meat for later use in sandwiches, salads and soups. I need to get it out of my freezer. I don't have enough room to store it very long, as I have a very small freezer. Turkey and noodles sounds good right now. Oh no!! Here goes the appetite!! Have a good day. It is what you make it!!
