Well I'm in the same place I've been since Thanksgiving! I'll get a chance to go to the gym for a couple weeks and then someone gets sick! Then I have to take a week off. I feel like I'm never going to reach my goals if I have to keep stopping my progress.
I'm still frustrated with the non weight loss. I know i'm getting in better shape and gaining muscle, but it's still sad to not see that scale go down. I keep saying that I'm not going to pay attention to the scale and instead do measurements, but I always forget to measure right when I get up.
I've also still been very down lately and I know that's not helping with the weight loss. I feel like I am eating better, but not as good as I know I should be.
I am a work in progress and I believe in myself. It would just be nice if someone else in my life (not naming any names ALEX!) would believe in me too.

    Don't get down on your self because you have not shown any weight loss. you just need to stop and relook at what you are doing and what changes you can make to get yourself going again...do you need to track your food and change something in that area, do you need to look at the type of exercise you are doing and change anything in that area, sometimes just a small change in these two areas will get you moving down again on the scales..also use the way your clothes fit to let you know whick direction you are going...you are a strong and beautiful person just believe in yourself and you will get there..
