My 10 lbs over Christmas!

Is STILL hanging around! I've gotten 5 off...only to gain it right back. It is very frustrating. Last Christmas, I made sure I watched what I ate, exercised everyday. I wanted to maintain and stay focused and I did. THIS past Christmas, I didn't. I worked out every other day. Went on vacation and ate whatever I wanted. Telling myself that I can work it off. I can do it. It's March 21st and I'm telling you....IT WASN'T WORTH IT. I can't even remember what I ate, or if I even enjoyed it, I think I remember having tummy aches too!
IT WASN'T WORTH IT. I won't make this same mistake again. These last 10 lbs. were SO HARD to take off the FIRST time I did it...why did I think it would be easy to do it again? I need to remember all my goals, all that I wanted and remember that if I want to reach my goal weight again, it's time to get strict with myself (like I use to be) and JUST DO IT!
It's time to re-focus and plan my meals EVERYDAY...not just M-F. I will get there. I have a summer goal now.
Goal weight, HERE I COME!
