Brief relapse, now better

Had to cancel my last strength training with my personal trainer, bc I had some of the exhaustion that I had with the flu/whatever I had in Feb.

Good walking during breaks at retreat this last weekend. That felt good, although legs were sore to begin with. Better td in our trip to the Chi Loop to see get a document notarized for our attorney.
