Still Going

Ok I havent been on since last week but I have been so BUSY. I went to the doc and everything is good except my weight of course Alhamdulillah. I really need to lose this weight. I am so thankful to Allah(God) swt for nothing having an problems bc at this weight I really could. The doc wants me to eat only 1500 calories a day 30 ww points. I am struggling on my water as usual though. I am also still struggling on exercising some days. I feel like when I run around I am exercising but I dont think that really counts. I am really trying to get my life in order such as employment bc I havent worked in yrs. while I was married. Now that the marriage is over I have no choice but to work. I am feel depressed about not being married and the loneliness is really killing me. This is part of life though and all I can do is pray pray pray!!!! I am feeling better about myself I have more confidence. Im loving Pinks song....F ***** Perfekt!!! Ok I am gonna go now I have so much that I have to do today. Oh yes I CUT OFF FACEBOOK!!!! WooHOOOOOOOO I cant believe it!!!!

    I am so glad to hear you are gaining confidence! I hope that your loneliness goes away with time - and remember that you have us when you need a boost.

    I am glad to learn that you had a good report from the Doctor.
    I understand the feelings of being overwhelmed. I just wanted you to know that you are definitely not alone. You are extremely strong and I have the confidence you will be able to meet each challenge one at a time. Sometimes, it has been my experience that I need to prioritize and take one step at a time, so that it doesn't overwhelm me as much as I begin to actually complete something.
    Remember. that when it is most difficult, and the last thing you want, it is necessary to take care of yourself.
    Activity and getting in the water are often two of the most difficult things. Don't forget that any activity is actually healthy. It has many benefits, and will help relieve some of the depression from the grief resulting from all of your losses. Think about small steps. If you drink teas or such try an herbal or decaffeinated version. Try citrus or other flavorings if you have trouble with your water. Try small activity breaks, two or three ten minute sessions. These are just some suggestions which have helped me through some difficult times.
