Happy Weekend 3/26/11

Saturday, March 26, 2011

"Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" remember how you feel as you accomplish one mini goal after another, every milestone met. All your hard work will pay off, don't sabotage yourself! You can be your own best friend or worst enemy. Just remember the goal and stick to the plan. No one has ever said "I wish I hadn't of worked out today" tell yourself just 10 minutes and then blow past those ten minutes to the next 5. Know that you can do it- failure is NOT an option! Now Go have the best weekend ever! xox ♥Audrey emoticon

Thanks so much for commenting. ♥

i know how you feel Sunshine for sure. After having babies our bodies need time to heal and it takes time getting back into the groove of things. I am only 5 weeks postpartum from my 3rd baby Sydney[had her 2/18/11] the 6 weeks is coming up next week- and I will be trying to get back into the groove of things. Push your body until it tells you to stop- our bodies know what we can take, when you feel you are exhausted and really need to stop then stop. ♥ As long as you are moving and doing something you can work your way back up. It was a while after I had my first daughter before I started dieting and exercising. She, Alayna, is 11. And baby #2 Caroline, is just 15 months old [When she was 6 months old I got preggo with #3 Sydney] I barely lost any weight in between and I could only stay on the elliptical for like 10 minutes , whereas before getting pregnant with her I could stay on for 30+ minutes.

Anyway it is a journey not a sprint, just keep at it and don't give up and your body will adjust better. Working out may always be a struggle but it will get to where you are not struggling as bad. xox I wish you the best of luck and hang in there and don't give up!

Cute blog. I so remember that feeling. Just wish I could work out as hard as I did before getting pregnant.
