week 1 of Phase II

So another week down, and overall I'm pretty good, my Phase II is going well, I am really not craving too much. I added an apple a day, and one day had a piece of multi grain bread...it was sooo yummy :) My lifesaver foods definitely are my apple , I can enjoy it with natural peanut butter & my sugar free jello, I am loving it after dinner just a small individual one to finish my day off. I am trying to cut down on the nuts as they are so high in calories, but so yummy it's hard.
So over all I am down another 1 lb and 3 1/2 inches so In 3 weeks now I am down a total of 5 lbs and 9 1/4 inches. I am happy with that so as long as it keeps going things will be good.
