Appetite is shrinking

I have been gradually lowering my calorie intake and trying not to overstuff myself ever. I am getting full earlier during a meal. The end of the night snacking is going down. I have actually settled for drinking water at night and I have been ok with it.
Tracking what a eat and the calories consumed has been a big help. I am discovering that 500 calories will make me content. I am doing some minor meal planning right now. I know that this is the key to my success.
