No weight loss...ugh

And I didn't lose any inches, either. Ugh. I weighed in on Friday and NOTHING. Did my measurements...NOTHING. I feel I at least have my measurements to fall back on, but not this time.

However, I am not giving up. I am sticking to it because I know it takes time and patience.

I've got the time thing down...anybody got some patience they want to share?

    About a month or so into SP, I actually gained 2 pounds when I was doing 5-6 days of cardio and eating in my range (at the low end). I waited a week or so and dropped 3..so be patient. Sometimes you have to eat closer to the high end of your range if you are doing a lot of cardio or your body holds on to the fat. The Plateau Buster articles are great.

    Sometimes we hit plateaus! You'll get past it. I've been on a plateau for a couple of weeks and I am bound and determined to blast through it this week because I have been waiting to get out of the 200s forever!! LOL

    If you haven't read them already, there's a 3 part article called "Plateau Busters" that might help give you a new kick!
