My day has started out great - got on the scales and found I broke the 200 mark. Only 50 or so more to go.
I have started and stopped so many diets, lost and gained the same 20 pounds a dozen times over in the last 25 years. I could blame it on my husband - I never had a weight problem till I married him - it's all that good home cooking and lack of movement - which I could also blame on him as long as I am playing the blame game. His bum knee has stopped us from enjoying alot of outside activities - like hiking, biking, skiing - but let's face it when the day is done and the fat lady is singing - there is only one person to blame for overweight dilemma - ME.
So now it is up to me to change. I have the time, the energy, and the motivation to get it done. So with the help of Spark People website - I will track my foods, I will weigh myself, I will exercise - the treadmill certainly could be put to better use than a coat rack afterall, I even bought some bands to do the strength exercises.
I hope to break 190 by the end of this month. Healthy eating to all!
