Hi to all my Spark friends

I hope to be back I have missed all of my spark friends. And I need SP. Over the last few month that I have missed being here I have put on some of the weight I had worked so hard to take off. I have gained back 15 pounds and feel terrible. I'm still taking classes and working two jobs and my back injury, but some how I need to get back on this site and into my work-outs. I know I need to start out slowly again but I want to get back into running and hope not to cause further injury to my back my hopes is to make it stronger somehow. L3-L4 are herniated causing pain down my right side and sometimes numbing feeling down both legs.
So if anyone has any ideas let me know. Workout have been my biggest problem I have been able to maintain healthy eating. I need a good swift kick in the a** to make sure that I login here daily. I know all of my SP friend will help out.
