Ripped in 30 week 2 results

Well I survived week 2 and even though I thought that I would have to extend the week because I wouldn't be ready to move on, I am. It is amazing how much stronger you get and how you are able to do moves you think will take you weeks to master as long as you keep at it. I refused to modify any of the moves and I must say, I strongly dislike crow pushups, but I did them hard core and never gave up.
Week two is a killer on the shoulders. Lots of plank work and the above mentioned crow push ups. Maybe I should have measured my shoulders before starting week two? And speaking of measurements, I lost 1/2" in my waist this week and everything else stayed the same, including my weight. I am happy with these results.
So tomorrow I will start week 3. I plan on watching the workout tomorrow before I do it to make sure I am ready for it and am comfortable with all the moves.
