I don't know what it was I specifically did, but whatever it was, it wasn't bright. Somewhere along the line I seem to have seriously tweaked my back. Not in a good way, but more in an "ow, it hurts to move" way. It's slowly getting better, but the higher impact workout like the running are out for now, especially since walking is so darn hard.
Granted, walking makes things feel a whole heck of a lot better, so I've been doing that a lot. More than usual. I sit in my office for like, 10 minutes, then I get up and I walk down to the cafeteria, or up to another building, or instead of going to the close restroom, I walk to a far restroom. It's working, it makes my back feel much better, but then eventually I have to sit back down in my office again, and it hurts.
Well, it's a learning experience, mostly figuring out exactly how many things I *do* that affect my back in some way...
