Results- Week 3

I have been at this new eating plan now for three weeks. Week 1, I was perfect- no cheating, total discipline. 7.2 pounds just disappeared.
Week 2 was vacation. A tough time to be on plan- but I really did great. I exercised every single day, tracked my food in my notebook, and aside from a bite here or there, I did great. I came home to a 2 pound loss.
Week 3- has been a tough week. I am feeling bored and frustrated. I have been busy, so it has been a little bit harder to track everything. Mostly, though, I am giving in too much- I have been good for a while and feel like I should get a reward...and food has always been my reward! I was able to maintain my loss and officially post the 2 pound loss, so overall since I have started, I have lost almost 10 pounds. I started at 174 and weighed in today at 164.6
I just need to hit my stride again and keep moving forward! I am feeling good because my scale has been stuck for so long, so seeing it move in the right direction is a truly happy thing! So, today is day 1 of week 4 and I plan to make it a success!
I know I can do it- I just need to WANT to do it!!
PS- part of my plan is being accountable on my Sparkpage- so putting this all in writing will make me think harder when the peanut butter jar is talking to me!!!
