I did decent yesterday on eating and have tried to post these pics a few times!

Breakfast :

Scambled eggs, greek strained yogurt with honey, an orange and a glass of water!

Lunch was half a sandwich, some cheese, and fruits and veggies!

Dinner was this:

Was only the second time I had made fish, and it was GOOD! I used 1 serving of bread crumbs for all 4 pieces of Tilapia, with some lemon and pepper seasoning and about 1 teaspoon of parmesean cheese on each piece of fish. The asparagus was a first for me! Butter, water, in a frying pan! The honey said it was really good for a first go at asparagus!

We did have a Knorr sides with that, but it wasn't too too bad!

    Nice, well rounded meals! I can't bring fish into my diet -it means I would actually have to cook something lol. I am a raw food fan.

    Asparagus is my favorite vegetable. There's tons of ways to cook it!
