Supreme 90 - week 2

Well, i was so excited to weigh in this morning... one full week of Supreme 90, doing all the exercises and eating right... and i gained. Yep. What? So frustrating. I think the exercises are great, and i even learned some moves i've never seen before (i have 40 or so videos, and have done classes, so new moves are always a surprise).

Week 1: 149.6 31.1% body fat
Week 2: 150.0, 31.2%

It is TOM and i started taking the pill again, but i was looking forward to a good loss to start the program off right. One week at a time...

    I'm so with you! I haven't tried Supreme 90 (just might get it), but I've been working with Jillian Michaels for awhile and have lost very little weight yet!

    Not to discourage you, but I've read comments of women who exercised hard consistently sometimes as long as three months with little change, and then just started dropping fast. A lot of us will never find out if it's possible because we won't experiment that long!

    It could also be some water retention if you have any sore muscles, or some muscle gain as well. I'm glad you're liking the exercises, I wouldn't worry about a small gain at first, especially as you are doing everything right. Your body will get the message soon!
