Supreme 90 - week 2

Well, i was so excited to weigh in this morning... one full week of Supreme 90, doing all the exercises and eating right... and i gained. Yep. What? So frustrating. I think the exercises are great, and i even learned some moves i've never seen before (i have 40 or so videos, and have done classes, so new moves are always a surprise).
Week 1: 149.6 31.1% body fat
Week 2: 150.0, 31.2%
It is TOM and i started taking the pill again, but i was looking forward to a good loss to start the program off right. One week at a time...
