I have been doing Hip Hop Abs for over a week now and I just love this video. It has energy and its fun. Today I did the 40 min total body workout and man sheesh, there were some times that I would stop for a bit. Totally worked out the legs, gluts, arms and of course the abs. I feel that I now am holding in my abs while unaware or without thought now since starting the video. Feels great. Though, with this total body workout we had to do some push ups full plank or you could bend knees. I realized at this point I cant do a push up at all.! I actually sat for a minute and almost cried. My arms are so weak. So now I guess what I have to do is exercises that build my arms. Well I will do a push up by the end of April.
