I found a new treat ---- Sesame Oil.
DH sauteed stir fry veggies in a little of this and soy sauce and I about made a pig of myself - moaning in delight with every bite. LOL
Only 45 cals for 1 tsp and that's about all you need for a serving of veggies --- a little really goes a long way.
We had these veggies with rice and salmon one night and then veggies with rice and chicken the following night.
