Stress eating

I did good today until about 2 or 3pm. The munchkins were still there and the jelly beans had been put out on the desk. As the day progressed, my overall stress level progressed and that was all she wrote. I'm glad I've got the next two days off so I can get out and exercise and burn off what I've just added. Time to revisit the goal of finding alternatives to stress eating. emoticon
