Motivating on!

I am still rocking this motivation! And all you that commented on my blog yesterday rock!! I really appreciate all the sweet comments. They really helped with my motivation.
Lately I have been slacking a bit on the food department. We are taking a surprise trip to Branson this weekend for Easter and will be spending time in the hot tub and just hanging out. That being said, I realized that I am not quite ready for swimsuits! So, I need to kick my healthy eating into high gear! This bloat needs to go away!
So, let's look back at my previous plan and make sure I start following that again..I kind of lost site on it!
1. No chips! I will only eat them while around other people and only at Mexican restaurants!
2. Drink mainly water, coffee, and milk. Alcohol is no longer going to be a nightly drink for me. I feel as though Alcohol is another luxery and is to be enjoyed only socially.
3. Work out 7 hours a week with at least 2800 calories burned!
4. Track food and maintain a consumption of 1300-1700 calories.
5. Reward/consequences:
~Reward: Carry through with 7 days in a row= pedicure.
~Consequence: Miss workout/overeat=extra workout the next day to compensate for lack of calorie deficit.
~Reward: 5 lbs lost=New workout shorts/sports bra
10 lbs lost/meet body fat goals=New jean SHORTS!!
So, today I am going to make sure I follow each rule!!
I didn't get up this morning for a workout, but I do plan to get one in this afternoon with the teachers and then hopefully again tonight after coaching.
Food plans for today are:
Breakfast burrito
Red beans and rice with strawberries lunch
Apple snack
Parmesan Tilapia dinner
