Another fun day!!

Thursday, April 21, 2011

I had another good night's sleep and I went to water aerobics again in Preston. I made it for 50 minutes again. Their clocks are fast and I arrived at 9 am which is just when they start the class. I enjoyed the class and it was a little different than the other day. They used the noodle throughout the whole class and the pool sure felt cold today! I am used to our warm pool at the YMCA in Billings. Well, I probably won't go again, as Monday is Nicole's (my niece) birthday. I want to spend the day with her and make her a cake. emoticon I made a chicken pot pie today for dinner. We haven't eaten yet, but it looks like it will be really good. It was easy to do and only takes 1 hour to bake. emoticon I entered into the database, but it looks like it is really full of fat. That is because I just entered regular mayo...when we used a low-fat variety. And if you wanted to make it lower fat still...you could use low-fat soup in it. I did use non-fat milk, so saved a fat gram there. I know that isn't much. I watched Ella again today. She was good. I gave here some food and toys and she was fine. Ella is 15 months old and such a cutie!! I saw her last May and she has changed so much!! She walks all over, but not talking much yet. Well, everyone just arrived home from a Cinderella play they went to, so we are going to eat soon. I hope to be back tomorrow to blog some more. emoticon
