WHILE I'VE BEEN AWAY

I haven't been sparking for a few weeks. During those weeks I have been laid off from my job and managed to gain even more weight. I'm extremely happy to be away from the job that was draining my spirit. I turned into a depressed, negative and very unhappy person. I'm trying my best to get the old Kim back. Today, this beautiful Easter Sunday, I pledge to take care of myself both body and spirit. I also pledge to keep in touch with the wonderful support team that I have with Spark. I haven't been a good friend to anyone the past several months and I apologize. Today is a new day and a new beginning for me. I am going to track everything I eat and each exercise I do. I'm missing out on life because I feel too fat to do anything. Time for change. I want to thank all my Spark Friends for your support and I promise to be a better friend in the future.
