MTC Day 1

Making the Cut day 1!! Weighed in at 149, but mother nature is stopping by this week, so I'm a bit bloated.
Well, I actually did day 1 workout Saturday, but I'm going to do it again today. I was going to get up and work out at 4:30, but slept horrible bc of storms, so I am going tonight after I finish coaching. We won't be running a mile either bc it is still raining. =(
So, I am getting less exercise in today, but I am doing the MTC workout later tonight and I'll add about 30 minutes on the end for cardio.
Food wise, I have been on point! If I finish out the day as planned, I will only be at 1460 calories. I feel really good about that since I had been way above. Honestly, I'm a bit hungry, but I have been shoving my face quite a bit lately and need to shrink my belly down some. So, I'll just drink a lot of water until next meal time.

4:30-MTC day 2 workout followed by protein
6:30-2 egg whites on whole grain toast
9:30-celery and carrots with FF ranch
11:15-parmesan tilapia with broccoli and strawberries dessert
3:15-string cheese snack
3:45-Run mile with cheerleaders and coach 2 hours
6:00-Rib Crib dinner with parents (BBQ chicken-dry-with veggie side)
