MTC Day 2

Ok, I have slacked, I haven't gotten my measurements done for this Making the Cut challenge. At least I weighed myself. =) Today I am down to 147.5. emoticon It's amazing what a little sweat and good eating can do! 1.5 lbs just like that in 1 day. I am bloated from TOM but I am also bloated from bad food. So, I should see the scale drop consistently this week.

Got up and worked out this morning. Hit it hard with day two of the workout plan. Did it as prescribed 1 time through and then did it one more time through without the additional cardio at the end of each circuit. I didn't have time for cardio after the workout was over, but I still got a 45 minute circuit train in this morning. I should see a pretty good burn for today.

Going to Rib Crib for dinner tonight since my parents are coming in town. I am trying to keep my calories pretty low today so that I can enjoy some BBQ chicken and veggies. I'm just hoping that they don't put any bread in front of me! I need to stear clear of the carbs tonight! That is what kills my calories!
