Ripped in 30 update
Wednesday, April 27, 2011
I have not fallen off the face ofthe earth or quit this workout. I completed week 3 and extended it a couple of days as I went to San Diego on the 14th on a business trip and didn't want to start week 4 for a day or two and then stop.
Week 3 was insanity and my knee deeply protested during the duck walks. Had to modify that move slightly as I could not get into a full crouch and walk without intense knee pain. I loved the intensity of this week and it is so fast paced. I did lose a couple of pounds and another 1/2" inch off my waist and hips each. I continued with week 3 through this past weekend and started week 4 last night.
Week 4 is more insanity but I love it. When Jillian says you should be gargling your heart right now, well she is not kidding. It does feel like you are gargling it. I love high impact cardio. At the end of the workout she has you lay there quietly before stretching and my heart is literally pounding. I see so much definition in my arms and shoulders, gonna rock the tank tops this summer. I completed day 2 of week 4 today and will probably continue with this week through the next couple weeks and mixing the other weeks in randomly. I also will incorporate my fav's, BFBM and NMTZ.
For being only 25-30 minute workouts the Ripped in 30 gives you major bang for your buck!
