MTC day 3...Rest Day

Well, today is a rest day for MTC. I should be doing cardio, but my parents are in town and I stayed up too late with them last night and therefore didn't get up to workout this morning. (I just couldn't run on 5 hours of sleep and be a perky teacher today!)

So, I am really watching my food today bc we are going out to dinner again tonight. Mexican...my biggest weakness, but I NEVER get it with J, so I realy want to go. I am just sticking to salads and veggies today so I can have my chips and salsa and fajitas for dinner tonight. I also need to make sure I am up and walking around a lot today!

I will be getting up tomorrow morning and doing my Day 4 workout which is a repeat of day 1 workout...which I am super sore from!

Right now TOM has me pretty bloated and considering what I ate last night and how bloated I feel, I have still dropped 1.5 lbs since Monday. So, I am a happy camper. =)

    It is really hard to do it all sometimes.....especially when we go out and like the food they serve....

    I am certainly getting much better at it and have decided it is a long term thing ...
    You can so do this and I also find that having the odd treat keeps us on track and focused......
