Well i have never wrote on a blog before so not sure if i am doing it right or not lol. Its finally getting nice enough out to work outside and boy is it ever work !!! re planted two strawberry patches today that gave me a work out i started it yesterday and when i got up this morning i could feel it in my back.. Guess that shows that i slacked over the winter !!! Bought a kettle ball today anxious to try it out. Not sure if gardening is considered an exercise but it should be if it isn't !! Tomorrow hubby goes to DR and we find out when the surgery is. Well time to get back to work. emoticon

    Gardening is exercise -- and it's also hard work. We have made an attractive gardening spot so we can have a few fresh veggies here at our summer home this year. So far we have tomatoes, carrots, watermelon, cantaloupe, asparagus and corn planted. We have several more packets of veggies yet to plant, but the landscapers are just finishing up the vegetable beds -- perhaps I can do my planting tomorrow. It's so hard to wait for the plants to pop their little heads through the soil -- luckily I can still remember what they all look like from when I was a kid. We never had asparagus when I was growing up though.

    Not only is gardening a good workout and exercise, it is good therapy. We love to see grow....and partake of them when they are ready to be picked.....Mmmmmmmm! God Bless, Vic.

    Sounds like you worked hard. Yes, gardening is considered exercise. If you go to the tracker search section, you will find gardening. emoticon
