Day Three Hundred and Something... i lost count

Hey Sparkies! It's been so long since I've really been on Spark. Yeah I track some food and exercises and yeah I spin the wheel sometimes but I have been soooo busy! Praise God I got a job! And I've been really involved at church and I've just been tired. Don't really have the leisure time to surf the internet all day anymore. When I'm at home I want to be with my family or sleep! LOL.
Well my new job is in a call center, and we all know how that goes! Sitting all day, pot lucks and vending machines. Not really the environment I want my new body in. The first week was a little crucial...I really hadn't found my groove. I was eating somewhat healthy but not all the time and I was drinking coffee loaded with sugar and cream, which I don't even drink at home! I didn't work out the first week. But the good news is they have an awesome gym! And it's only 3.6 miles away from my home so one day I walked and then my husband bought me a bike, no coincidence that Spark sent out an email about tips on riding your bike to work. So I have done that a few times, but man does my butt hurt and thighs burn!
But I love the gym. I have been taking advantage of my schedule not starting until 10:30am. I either ride my bike to work which takes about 30 mins depending on traffic. Or my husband drops me off which means I have to be at work at 6:30am and my shift won't start for another 4 hours. I eat pretty healthy. I usually have oatmeal and a fruit for breakfast. Salad for lunch and my husband has been cooking since I get off so late. Sometimes healthy some times not. And I hate that I get off so late because I usually don’t eat past 6pm. So this week I have been trying to eat light, like cereal or a fruit smoothie.
So now I feel like Super Woman lol. I have job and family to balance and I still have a weight loss goal to reach (still at 80 pounds! for the last 3 months!) and a healthy lifestyle to maintain. 1 Corinthians 13:13 says that God won't put more on us than we can bear! And I am standing on that promise today. So hopefully next time y’all hear from me I will celebrating pounds and inches lost! By the way... I tried on a pair of size 14 skinny jeans a few weeks ago... they were tight, but I got them on! My goal by the end of the summer is to be in a 12... Stay blessed Spark People!
