Sunday's are beautiful!!

Sunday's are beautiful days!! I started off the day by going to church. I enjoyed the hymns today more than I usually do. I was able to sing them and that makes it nice. I am not a good singer, but God just wants us to sing. I liked today's songs because they were not ones that had a lot of high notes. They are easier for me to sing and enjoy!!
We had a great family history class today getting ready for a big day at the Temple on Friday. We call it Forever Friday. I hope I can go for a short while. I don't think I will be able to drive, but we have someone picking people up, so I might do that.
I slept well last night and I don't feel stressed at all today. It is a carefree day with reading my church magazine and thinking. I did have lunch with my neighbor/friend. It is always nice to chat with her!
My nephew's wife is expecting any day now. Soon Knox will arrive and my little sister will be a Grandma. She must be so excited to see him finally arrive. I hope he is healthy, has 10 fingers and toes, and a happy baby!!

At one point they thought it might be twins

, but found out it is just one. I think Knox is an original name. I have never heard it before. I pray for a safe delivery for Amber.
My sister texted me the other day that a guy about 2 years older than me died the other day. He was a farmer and his parents are gone. Now his little brother a few years younger than me...is going to have to run the farm. He is also a rural mail carrier...so he will be busy. I am just hoping that my work to get healthier is going to help me live longer than 50 or 51 years!! If not, I will be over in 3 years!! I don't want that to be the case! I want to live a full life and be as healthy as possible.
Well, I am going to say

so long for now. I haven't eaten much today...but feel pretty good. I did have chili at my friends...made with real hamburger and pork sausage. I feel really full. Probably because it is more real meat than I usually eat...at least not turkey burger or chicken or moose. Guess I should say it is a different type of protein than what I usually eat. (That's better!!)
My hard work is really paying off. I was way down on my sizes yesterday when I bought new pants!! I was shocked! Next week I am going to Goodwill and stock up on smaller jeans and capri's for the thinner me and for goal pants to wear this summer!! I am excited!!
Have a wonderful Sunday everyone! Angie
