MTC Day 8

Guess what I finally got done!? Measurements!!

Starting measurements for MTC: (Well 1 week in)
Hips-42.5 in (gotta get this under 40)
Thigh-26 in (wouldn't mind losing about 4 inches here)
Belly Button-32.75 in (how about a 3 in loss here?!)
Waist-29.25 in (I'll take about 3 inches here too)
Right Arm-12.75 in (these don't bother me)
Chest-34.75 in (maybe down to a 34?)

4/22 - SW 149
4/29 - GW 147 AW 147
5/6- GW 145
5/13 - GW 143 (Measure again)
5/20 - GW 141
5/27 - GW 140
6/3- GW 139 (One year anniversary trip to Destin!)

I'm hoping for a 10 lb loss in 6 weeks. I know that can be a lot, but honestly, I just wanna lose fat. I really just care about losing inches, but the scale helps. I will measure half way through the program to see what kind of progress I am making. I just wanna wear a swimsuit and be confident!

So, I woke up this morning and got my workout in...probably could have pushed a bit harder on the weights, but let me tell you, the final circuit kicked my behind. 30 second sprints at 8.5 mph, then 30 rest for 5 minutes. I have quite short legs, so this was almost a FULL out sprint for me. I thought my lungs were closing down, and my heart was leaving my chest! I made it but only did one round of all 5 circuits bc I was so drained from the sprint. Thurs, when I repeat this workout, I think I'll do circuits 1-4 twice and then do circuit 5 after everything.

My eating has been pretty on point today. I have been struggling with being hungry, but I'm trying to drink water and just forget about it. Gotta shrink my tummy back down.

Rest of today's plan:
3:00 Snack Veggies with FF ranch
3:45 Coach til 5:30
5:45 -45 minutes of cardio (I'm sure there's some good show on or something tonight)
6:45 Dinner (Chicken with onions, peppers, celery, tomato sauce and broccoli...with rice. Kind of an asian flavor to it)
9:30 bed time

Tuesday's plan:
4:30 MTC Day 9
5:45 Protein drink
6:30 Egg whites on whole grain toast
9:30 String cheese with apple
11:30 Leftovers from last night with strawberries dessert
3:00 Snack (prob veggies and FF ranch)
3:45 Coach til 5:30
6:00 Dinner (not sure what)
9:30 bedtime

    You are so organized, I admire your preparation and commitment to your schedule! Repeating levels 1-4 before doing the a$$-kicking one is a good idea, you're going to rock it on Thursday!
