MTC Day 9

I am rocking the foods this week! Yesterday I met every goal (including my sodium!!) except fat and I was only 2 below my recommended.
Today's workout was another hard one! I feel pretty good and I'm really sore from yesterday's workout. Good thing tomorrow is a rest day from strength...and only a cardio day. =) I'm going to Olive Garden with my teacher friends tomorrow evening, so I better hit cardio hard in the morning to make up for the soup and salad I'll be having in the evening. =)
I'm prepared with my snacks for today, so I'm hoping to stay on track with my foods...if I do this, then I will be on track with every nutritional goal I have! =) EVEN SODIUM!! Who knew?!
