Life's been a lil crazy lately trying to fit in everything I have/want to do.
Still geocaching, but I finally found a job!!!! WOOOHOOOOO!!! It's only part time, in retail, but it's still money coming in. Things got pretty scary there for a while.
One of these days I'm going to throw on my pedometer and see how many steps I take. I'm on the move pretty much the whole time I'm there, so hopefully that will help kick start the weight loss again.
I've been maintaining +/- about 5lbs, but I still have a lot to get rid of.
I"m still cooking, and trying to eat healthy. Today I made my own pita bread and roasted red pepper hummus with feta. YUMMMMM
I'm really having a hard time keeping track of my foods, but I know on most days I'm running a calorie deficit, and started drinking meal replacement drinks because I just dont have an appetite lately.
It's probably stress. There is a lot going on. I know I'm exercising more with the running around at work, packing because we're switching apartments soon, and geocaching, but the weights not coming off, and it's probably because I'm not eating enough. :(
Anyone have any tips to motivate or even just REMEMBER to keep track?
