It is said , "he or she who hesitates is lost."
What does this mean? Stopping at a
sign to long not knowing which way to turn?
to on coming traffic in a manner that you don't hesitate to long and cause an accident?
Thinking about this I would say, start today on my goals, excersizing now.
Not Waiting Until Tomorrow, for there are many tomorrows with no more todays.
Putting off dieting is a good one...many excuses and reasons not to.
Not wanting to give up the foods you love that are adding pounds.
To hard to do......some other day.
Fast foods are easier and microwave foods are quick.
Here come the pounds again.
In order for me to have my lung transplant I was told I had to lose another 20#'s of "fat".....I was also told I have six months to do this in.
To be honest with you, I am now tired of dieting even with my weight loss I have done.
I continue to diet to hopefully lose 20 more #'s for surgery, as to not have build up of fat around my heart, as it would make my heart work harder.
Here I have a new goal, and something to look forward to.
Not Waiting Until Tomorrow, have started it today.:)
I will then weigh 130#'s or less. Not hesitating , not lost.
