I worked it out at the gym. :)

I had a day yesterday that was so stressful. A rainy day where the kids could not go outside and play. The kids were at each others throats. I was still aggravated about the lack of support I was feeling from my family. Urgh.
So as my last day care parent is picking up he looks at me and says," rough day??" I told him it would be better after the gym.

My youngest daughter wanted to go to the gym with me. I jumped on the AMT for 25minutes. Then I did a spin stationary bike for 20 minutes. The sweat was pouring off of me and it felt so good. I treated myself to a good stretch and some time in the Saunna. Ah, I felt so good afterwards. :) And when i got home, my husband was cooking dinner. :)
I felt a little more support from my family at that point.

I am going to the Gym with Amy tonight. We are going to do some cardio followed by some ST. Hopefully a nice Saunna afterwards. SWEET.
What a difference an hour at the gym can have on me.

I have not been to the gym in almost a month. but this blog reminds me why I go to start with, and I thank you. I need to bring it around, and all the advice and information in the world hasn't worked. The simple, real reminder here has. It was just what I needed. I'm going for a run after work.
    Thanks again.

Me, too. When I tell my exercise lifestory to anyone I tell them it took me years before I really made the connection between getting a workout and feeling good afterwards.

    Glad you found support :D
I too take my frustrations, temper, miseries to the gym with me and do my best to leave them there. Other times I take my shiny happy face too.

I was asked to be a Body model/client for 10 sessions of Beauty School student research - first treatment today - vacuum-suction, lymph drainage and detoxing - almost an hour of being pampered - bliss. Free of charge (just have to endure 10 sessions) - my idea of heaven - I never get tired of giving my time to help students in this way :D
