I was happy to hear that the FEF challenge has been extended. I have been actively back on SP since the beginning of April and I've lost almost 10.5 pounds. I have been actually on SP for quite sometime but probably about 6 months ago I really sat down and realized that I wasn't taking care of myself like I really should be. I have a really stressful job and it is too easy to go down to the cafeteria to get some unhealthy food, or grab some snacks from the bending machine...or worse yet grab a soda out of our fridge that is always stocked for the patients. I really noticed that my energy just felt zapped, especially when I got home from work. I was just pooped from running around at work and I would come home and just be exhausted to do anything. Its been a few weeks I've been on this challenge and have my healthy habits back too I'm proud to say. Only one thing I need to work on is getting my strength training in a couple times a week.
I feel that my motivation is back...I have lost 60 pounds in the past but as usually what happens probably 40 pounds have eventually crept back onto me. My goal for this challenge is to get as close as I can back to Onederland again and stay way beyond that once and for all.
So in a nutshell I'm doin pretty good on this challenge so far....thank goodness its been extended for 4 more weeks. Guess I will have to figure out what my first reward is gonna be when I hit Onederland again.
