Shooting Star Day 2

I found myself wanting to work out and get to Hobart. I did 20 minutes of yard work, and then in the evening, looking at my healthy dinner, I decided not to eat it yet, but to get back on the treadmill to reach my 40 minutes that I had planned out for yesterday. I really didn't want to let my team down. I like the boost it gives me. And I like the fact that it is exercise minutes that are counted, and not walking minutes. My left knee is not well, and I am supplementing with Yoga and strength training, which is fantastic, because it still gets me moving and I feel like I am a real part of the team. Even with my gimpiness, lol.
So off to work I go from 11 - 8 pm
