K I've disappointed myself. Did great Monday and Tuesday of last week with food....then I royaly screwed up the rest of the week. Actually Wed wasn't bad, I just didn't workout. but Thurs and Fri I screwed up pretty bad and missed day 11 and 12 of my workouts. so I am going to start at 11 tomorrow. Just haven't done anything since Tues. sad for me...
but at least I did great with food for two days...I guess. this week, I'm going for the whole week. Got my eggs boiled for the week and prepped food sfor meals Monday thru Wed and plan on left overs Thurs and Fri. Hubby and I are really working on budget the rest of the month so no going out much for us...which will be really good for my diet.
I really need to kick myself into high gear!! Hello! summer is like 4weeks away!!
