5% Challenge Day 2 (Sunday)

I do not do the best on weekends. I'll usually have something that's more calorie-wise and most likely not as healthy a food as I'd like to eat. I at least try to adjust and eat lots of low cal veg and lettuce/veg salads so I can stay in my calorie range. Sunday was a bit higher than I wanted even tho in the calorie range.
I did my cardio kickboxing video (I was a little stiff - think it was from all the gardening since I did a lot of bending over and straightening up in 2 hrs!!! Also did walking and a Sansone walking dvd, plus strength exercises. Got all my water in too.
Going to try and do better Monday!!!!
