So this weight-loss stuff is going fairly well... I'm having an easy time reaching my nutrition goals without going over. Some nutrients I have a hard time reaching (iron, B12, Calcium and Fiber) but I can take supplements to help with that.
I'm slowly but surely losing the actual pounds (not inches yet) and I'm pretty satisfied with my progress.
The fitness goals are also easy to achieve and I love it!!!
