Last Chance before Summer...

Maybe I should think of a better name. I do know that I said I would be starting the challenge on the 15, but why wait to get going on the eating habits. Kick start myself so that when the challenge starts, I'll be ready?!
Today's food/fitness plan:
6:30 - 2 egg whites on whole grain toast with 1 tbsp butter (canola oil)
9:30 - Snack...not sure what it will be yet, though. Left my veggies at home.
11:30 - Taco salad
3:00 - 30 minutes elliptical
3:45 - Apple and String Cheese
4:15 - Coach cheer practice
7:00 - Chicken and Veggie casserole
9:30 - Bed
Biggest Challenge for the day....don't snack when it isn't planned!! =)
I didn't get up and hit the gym, but do plan to hit it for 30 minutes this afternoon. Gotta see my cousin in the hospital sometime today, she had a baby last night! We'll see what hubby and I end up doing. May wait til she goes home so it won't be so chaotic. Don't know...that determines the kind of workout I get tonight. I just need to get up in the mornings and I wouldn't have to worry about not getting a workout in!
