Today started out a little rough with only 6.5 hours of sleep. Not quite enough for a really great day!! And I like having great days!! They are more frequent since losing this weight.

We had a successful dinner last night! The parents and kids ate well and enjoyed themselves. Then. They played some board games. I was really stressed all day getting ready for the dinner. I. Had so much to remember to bring. And only 6 hours of sleep yesterday didn't help. I just really need my 8 hours a night. Anyway, we were pleased with the turnout andI even ate healthy!!

I took a 3 hour nap today at about 10:30 am after I had company. I vacuumed, dusted, did dishes and took a shower before they came. My apt is clean and now I feel good. I am watching a movie from netflixs and will get the mail and go to the post office when it is over.

I weighed less these morning on my scale...never weigh that lightly on the Y's scale. Oh well, it is on carpet and I know it makes a difference. My scale is pretty accurate and I think when I am done with the program I am going to go by my scale. It will look like I have lost more weight...but I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?? I don't t go to the doctor often to go totally by their scale. And I have my scale available to me everyday.
