Last chance before Summer...Day 1

Ok, today is the official start to our challenge.
Four main rules...
-30 min of fitness a day
-plan food daily
-Eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies daily
-Get 10 min of me time a day
So today's food plan:
Breakfast-oatmeal with 1/2c blueberries
Lunch- chicken veggie casserole with strawberries as dessert
Snack-Bridal shower snacks. (aiming for protein and not so much carb)
Dinner-Baked chicken with green beans, asparagus, mashed potato.
Fitness plan is to go for a 3 mile run with the pup. Might do that before lunch today. Not sure. Plan to do it sometime today though. It's a gorgeous day and I could use some outdoor time. :)
