WOW....I am sure glad that I am doing this challenge. I am so very sad about my measurements and weigh in today. My progress pics made me quite sad too (posted those, but it's pretty disappointing). It is amazing what three months can do to a person that isn't paying attention to their food.

I gained a lot in inches since 2/21. I really don't want to talk about how much, just know that today I start over! Today is the beginning of a wonderful journey that involves eating well and exercising regularly.

Starting Weight: 150
Goal weights for 6 weeks
5/23 - 148
5/30 - 146 (end of challenge)
6/6 - 144
6/13 - 142.5
6/20 - 141
6/27 - 140

Hips - 42" Goal 38"
Thigh - 25.75" Goal 23"
Belly Button - 31.25" Goal 28"
Waist - 29.5" Goal 26"
upper Arm - 12.75" Goal 11

These are my goals for the next 6 weeks. I know that is kind of extreme, but I truly believe that I can do it. I have my swimsuit hanging in plain site for motivation and I have a constant reminder of all you sparkies motivating me.

Today's plan:
4:30 - 50 minutes circuit training (MTC workout 2 times through) (Spent 10 minutes in sauna stretching and having blank time)
6:30 - Oatmeal with blueberries (1 serving fruit)
9:15 - Apple for snack (2nd serving fruit)
11:15 - Chicken/veggie casserole (3rd serving fruit/veg) FF organic yogurt and 1 cup strawberries (4th serving fruit/veg)
3:00 - 2 Clementines and string cheese (5th serving fruit/veg)
3:45 - Coach for 1.5 hours
6:00 - Run 2 miles with Daisy
6:45 - Left over pot roast with potatoes and carrots (6th serving fruit/veg)
9:30 - Bed
Getting in as many colors of fruits and veggies!! if I follow this, I will have hit 6 servings and 4 colors! Will have had around 70 minutes fitness, 10 minutes me time in sauna, and already planned my day. Covered all 4 guidelines!

I really feel good about today's plan. After measuring and weighing and taking progress pics, I know that i really need to stick to this plan and be successful. Summer is too close for me to not feel good in a swim suit. I have been at this too long and should be much further. Today is the day I move forward, without moving back.

I am strong, and I will show the world HOW strong!

    Don't forget how far you've come. You might feel like you took a step backwards since late February, but you've soared about ten steps forward since you started getting in shape! I'm so glad you started this challenge for all of us, I think we could all use a little electricity to jolt us back into healthy habits! :)

    30 mins exercise.....did 68...some of that was uphill as well.... emoticon

    I bet a lot of the gains in inch are from muscle. But either way, you can do this! You're focused and that is a great plan!
