Last Chance day 5

Already on day 5! Can you believe it?! Only 11 more days to go. I am really quite proud of myself this week...I know I was bummed about having people over the other night, but I need you to know that while I was bummed about eating snack foods, I also am not dwelling on it. I use those times as motivation to get more exercise and make a better decision the next day. My mind siet doesn't sit and think and get discouraged, I vent about it, get it out there for the world to know that I screwed up, but I am going to tell that decision to shove it!
Anyway, I actually didn't make it to the gym yesterday like I had planned to make up for the food the night before, but I did stay right around 1300 calories. I also stayed on my feet much more than normal at work and got a bit of a burn in. I ate at 6 and went to bed at 9...woke up and the weight I had gained yesterday was gone today...back to 149. =)
I got up today and did my Making the Cut workout for 45 minutes (some great ST and cardio in there!) then did an additional 15 minutes on the elliptical. So got a full hour's workout in.
Got 15 minutes in the sauna of stretching and relaxing. (Gotta love "me" time!)
Today is pot luck day at school (they call it "Pig Out", but I just can't seem to keep calling it that) and so I really don't have guidelines for food...I don't expect to stay within calorie range, but I do plan to stick to protien, fruits, veggies. I am hitting the gym after work again for an hour cardio to try to make up for the pot luck foods. I am really not stressing today. I want to make sure I am at least at 149 tomorrow morning though. Weigh in is now on Mondays, so I have all weekend to work off today's pot luck and get to my goal of 148.5 for Monday. =)
Life is good and I am feeling much better about everything!
