Worked hard today

My eating was not great today but I worked my body hard. Despite a very painful heel spur.

Three hours of yard work
One hour on the treadmill
Over 10 strength and stretching exercises
3 laps in the pool

    I have discovered that yardwork is a GREAT lower body workout!!! My legs are sore for days afterwards!
