It is another wet day here in Montana! Unfortunately it doesn't seem to want to quit raining. It is flooding all over Yellowstone and Big Horn Counties. The interstate is closed at Hardin and I just wonder how much work that will take to repair once the water recedes?? I have water aerobics today and a dentist appointment. I chipped a molar and he needs to fill it so it doesn't get a cavity. He said he would file it if he could, but no luck. Must be filled. Oh well, not bad. I used to have cavities a lot...especially when I was younger. I must be taking better care of my teeth now.
My sister said the river in Greybull was up 2 feet yesterday. Just Sunday they were saying it had a ways to go before they would really worry. Now she is going to get a storage shed for her food storage and move it out of her basement. I think she is doing that today. Of course, I am not sure she will get it all moved in one day...but knowing her, she will try!! Not sure what she will do about her washer and dryer. I know when they finish her laundry room she will move that upstairs...but it is not done yet, so not sure what she can do about that.
I feel fortunate that I live on the second floor of our building! I don't have to worry about floods. Unless the bottom floor were to float away with me tagging along...I am okay!! THe ground is getting so saturated...not sure how much more rain we can take.
More tornadoes yesterday...in Oklahoma. I have a brother in Tulsa...will have to check on him. Plus nieces in Oklahoma...and a nephew in MIssouri. They had bad storms in Minneapolis, Minnesota, too. Guess the weather is bad all over!!!
Well, I had my last Diabetes Prevention Class. I went down in weight. She was surprised...but I meant to tell her I wore blue jeans last week and they are heavy!! Worked out in the getting started room. I swim today...
I am so glad to be back in the pool!! It feels so good to swim and exercise in the pool. I am going to try for 1 hour in the pool today. Tomorrow is our last exercise class and next Tuesday I have my assessment. I will be curious to see how my measurements compare to when I started in March.
I don't have to keep track of my food intake every day now. I only have to keep track one week a month. I probably will still keep track...just won't print off all the reports here on SP. I like to have it in the site...so I can compare my differential...ect...
Sorry if I am the gloom and doom reporter in my blog. It is just so unusual that we have this kind of weather!!
Have a great day...and remember...it is what you make it!!
